On March 14, 2010, I became a SFI Affiliate#11010313. It is a business that gave too much info at one time, so much so, I drifted. After a time, I decided to focus and give it another go.
I couldn't log-in! What's going on? I called the office to see what was wrong.
Kelly gave me another ID number #11353396...
Fraud count 1. I lost my downline and future downline, commissions, Versa Points, MSP, and content of website. Now, SFI reaps the benefit of getting free affliates from my old ID#.
Fraud count 2. Was given a different Sponsor, in which I was told she was she who lives in Tampa. Kelly lied! SfI kept my sponsors commissions!
Fraud count 3. TripleClicks kept my money from this order I filled, see the following:

Due to ever increasing fraud, we recently instituted new measures to detect fraudulent activity and the monitoring has shown that you have logged into 10 different accounts in the last few days. Obviously this is prohibited and your account was suspended.

Hi Gery,
My movers and I have been having problems in getting in our accounts. I even remember one erry night
while bidding in the auction. I would run from forum to forum posting messages to get help. I even listed
who were bidding. I can imagine how my downline feel when they and other new members join SFI and
can't log in and contact me. They give me their ID & password for me to check; sometimes its a bug and
sometimes have the wrong number, typed in the password wrong. Hw far is a Sponsor suppose to go?
When I returned, I was assigned another ID# because I could not log in and not given my sponsor; she
lost all commissions from sales and purchases! Today, she has not recouped!
At any rate, I began 2am this morning and no one could get into their account! I called the at 10:30am EST
office and was told my account is no longer and my downline too! I have two pending TCredit orders, pending
and lost commissions! Would you be so kind to explain?
Thanks and have a great day!

Thank you for contacting us.
I've had a programming review the auction you indicated and we did not
find any problem on our end as far as there being a delay or issue
with the auction. This can only mean that the problem was on your end.
There could have been a lapse or delay in your internet connection or
something that caused this.
Below is some information from our Rules & Policies regarding the
PriceBenders auctions:
TripleClicks does not guarantee that your Bid will be timely received
or accepted in a Pricebenders auction. You understand that our receipt
of your bid depends on several factors, some of which we have no
control over, including your Internet connection, the equipment you
are using to access our site, and other technological and/or
telecommunication-based factors.
There are many factors that can cause delays within the internet. We
monitor all our auctions to ensure that there are no problems which
are caused directly by our servers. Unfortunately, there will always
be things that are out of our control.
We provide a list of tips at our site that may help ensure that you do
not encounter this problem in the future. You can access that
information here:
http://www.tripleclicks.com/PBTips.php
I'm sorry that you had a poor experience with the auction. I checked
with our programmer and we did not find anything was remiss with this
particular auction.
If you have additional questions, please let us know.
Thank you,
Natalie

to the forum to get help. The moderator stated my post was not
approved! The timer got stuck, it stopped, and I was supposed to

I'm sure you have a transcript of what happened! I don't see why I
was not refunded TCredits or the CSA's.
Solution: Refund TCredits or the CSA's & TCredits.
Make sure this doesn't happen again, get someone who is not going to
fall asleep at the wheel when montoring auction!
I remember this event very well! Only five of us
bidding
when the timer went crazy. The guys left and the timer
just stopped
until they called others to join the auction. Really, I
was the winner.
Ray, would have you to believe otherwise.
